What you can expect from this site, or any of the other HaemDifferently resources, is accurate and straightforward information.<\/p>\n<p>Providing information that can help make gene therapy more familiar and approachable is important to us, but we know we can&#x2019;t do this alone. We are incredibly grateful to the gene therapy investigators, <strong><span class=\"glossaryLink\"  aria-describedby=\"tt\"  data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Haemophilia&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;A bleeding disorder that slows the blood clotting process. People with haemophilia can experience both spontaneous and prolonged bleeding following an injury. Serious complications can result from bleeding into the joints, muscles, brain or other internal organs.
